Does Hangar.Media work with Grafana Cloud?
Yes. Hangar.Media supports Grafana Cloud, Grafana OSS self-hosted, and Grafana Enterprise. You can use snapshot links, public dashboards, or API key authentication depending on your Grafana deployment.
Can I display Grafana alerts on the signage screen?
Grafana alert panels and alert list widgets are rendered as part of the dashboard. If your dashboard includes alert state indicators or alert history panels, they will appear on the signage screen just as they do in the browser.
What happens if the Grafana server is unreachable?
Hangar.Media will display the last successfully rendered dashboard frame and retry the connection at each refresh interval. You can also set a fallback content item to display if the Grafana server is down for an extended period.
