Every building you operate.
Meeting-room signage, all-hands broadcast, live dashboards and visitor management. Integrated with M365, Google, Slack.
Not everyone reads email. Not everyone checks Slack. But everyone walks past a screen.
Corporate communication tends to the channels employees already struggle to clear — email, intranet, Slack/Teams — when the single highest-reach surface in any office is the wall someone walks past on the way to the kitchen. Hangar.Media integrates with M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, SharePoint and the meeting-room booking systems already in place, so every screen in the building — lobby, lifts, meeting rooms, floor-plate hubs, cafeteria, factory line, warehouse, data-centre NOC — reflects the real operating state of the business. One flat £5 per screen per month. No per-location or per-feature premiums.

Does Hangar.Media integrate with M365 and Google Workspace for meeting rooms?
Yes. Room booking on door-side screens pulls directly from Exchange Online (M365) or Google Calendar resource bookings. Status (in-use / free / upcoming), organiser name (configurable privacy), and tap-to-book-extra-time flows natively. For larger estates with Robin, Condeco, GoBright, Roomz, 25Live or EMS, we integrate with those platforms directly alongside the base calendar system.
How do we broadcast a company-wide emergency to every screen?
A single bridge-override button in the dashboard (permission-scoped to the security / facilities team) pushes emergency content to every screen in the estate within 10 seconds. Zone-level targeting is available — broadcast to all of the London office, or just floor 4, or a specific building. Every emergency broadcast is audit-logged for post-incident review.
Can we run different content for frontline workers vs office staff?
Yes. Content zones are per-screen, per-location and per-audience. Factory-floor screens run OEE dashboards, safety reminders and shift-handover content. Warehouse screens run pick-rate KPIs and loading-bay schedules. Office screens run boardroom availability, all-hands broadcasts, and visitor welcomes. Permissions scope editing per content-team role.
What's the real cost for a multi-site corporate operator?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A 5-office corporate operator averaging 30 screens per office (lobby, meeting rooms, floor plates, cafeteria) pays £750 per month. A 200-site warehouse and logistics operator running 15 operational screens per site pays £15,000 per month. Every feature, every integration, SSO, emergency override, multi-site management. No enterprise tier.
One price. The whole platform.
That's how we think signage should work. Content editor, screen management, and 200+ app integrations — all included from day one.
