Our architecture is PII-free by default — patient names and identifiers never leave your PMS or queue system unless you've explicitly configured 'call-by-name' with your compliance team's approval. Integrations pull operational data only (queue position, room assignment, appointment status). We maintain HIPAA-compliant deployment options (BAA available) and NHS Digital IG Toolkit documentation for UK health-sector buyers.
Which queue-management systems integrate?

Can we run different content in different departments of the same hospital?
