The noticeboard era is over.
Lecture-theatre door signs, campus wayfinding, library info and safeguarding messaging for schools and universities.
Students don't read the corkboard. But they all walk past screens.
Primary schools, secondary schools, universities and training colleges share the same underlying communication problem: critical information (timetables, exam schedules, safeguarding notices, campus-emergency drills) is scattered across intranet pages, printed noticeboards and email blasts that students routinely ignore. Hangar.Media integrates with your student-information system (SIS), your timetabling platform, and your campus calendar to surface the right information in the right corridor, lecture-theatre door, library desk or reception area. One flat £5 per screen per month — education-sector pricing is the same as every other sector.

Which timetabling systems do you integrate with?
Higher education: 25Live, EMS, Celcat, Unit4, Scientia Syllabus Plus, Ad Astra. Secondary and primary: SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, with standard iCal / CSV feed support for any system that can export a calendar. Lecture-theatre door signs, library study-room status, and classroom booking all flow from the timetabling system you already use.
Is the platform suitable for primary and secondary schools as well as universities?
Yes. Content libraries are audience-matched — primary-school corridor screens run age-appropriate content (phonics-of-the-day, reading-list spotlights, safeguarding), secondary schools run exam-schedule boards and careers content, higher-ed runs lecture timetables and research-showcase content. Academy trusts running multiple schools from one dashboard get per-school content control with trust-wide brand guardrails.
How do you handle safeguarding and student-data boundaries?
Architecture is PII-free by default. Timetable integrations pull session titles and room assignments — they do not pull student enrolment lists. For primary and secondary schools, no student names or identifying information is ever written to screens. Safeguarding messaging (CAMHS, Childline, helplines) is scheduled with audit-log export for Ofsted / Estyn / Education Scotland inspection.
What's the real cost for a school or university?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A 600-pupil secondary school with 12 corridor and hall screens pays £60 per month. A mid-size university with 150 lecture-theatre door signs and 40 campus wayfinding screens pays £950 per month. An academy trust of 20 schools running 250 screens across the trust pays £1,250 per month. No education-sector premium, no per-pupil charges.
One price. The whole platform.
