Can I display academic term schedules?
Yes. 25Live class schedules for current and upcoming academic terms can be displayed. The integration respects 25Live term boundaries and displays the appropriate schedule for the current date.
How often does room data sync from 25Live?
Room schedules sync every 5 minutes by default. Schedule changes made in 25Live, such as room swaps or cancellations, appear on your signage within the next sync cycle.
Can I filter events by category or organisation?
Yes. Use 25Live event categories and organisation filters to display only relevant events. Show athletics events near the gym, performing arts near the theatre, and academic events near classrooms.
