Which calendar systems are compatible?
Meeting room booking works with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), Google Workspace, and any system that provides room calendar data via iCal or CalDAV. Custom integrations are available for on-premise Exchange servers.
Do I need touchscreens for room booking?
Touchscreens are required for the walk-up booking feature. Standard (non-touch) screens can display room status and schedule information in read-only mode.
How does the auto-release feature work?
When check-in is enabled, meeting organisers must confirm their arrival at the room panel within a adjustable grace period (typically 5-15 minutes). If no check-in occurs, the booking is cancelled and the room becomes available.
Can employees extend their current meeting from the panel?
Yes. If the room is available after the current booking, the meeting organiser can tap the screen to extend the reservation in 15-minute increments up to the next scheduled booking.
