What you can do with Inspiring young scientists.
Three capabilities that make this integration essential for your digital signage network.
Weekly STEM challenge displays
Each week a new STEM challenge appears on school screens describing an age-appropriate experiment or engineering design challenge. Students see the challenge in the hallway and bring the idea to their teachers, creating organic STEM engagement beyond the formal curriculum.
The hallway screen sparks the experiment the classroom brings to life.

Difficulty levels for different grade bands
Teacher resource QR code for full lesson plans
STEM career spotlight features
Display profiles of real scientists, engineers, doctors, and technologists working in STEM fields. Each profile includes their career path, what they study, and advice for students interested in STEM careers. Representation across demographics inspires diverse student populations.
Students see themselves in the scientists on their hallway screens.
Diverse STEM professional profiles rotating weekly
Career pathway descriptions from school to profession
Connection to current curriculum topics when applicable
Daily science facts and vocabulary
Display a new science fact or vocabulary word each day with grade-appropriate definitions and real-world context. Students absorb STEM knowledge passively as they move through the building, building scientific literacy through repeated exposure.
One science fact a day, 180 facts a school year.
Daily fact rotation aligned to current curriculum units
Vocabulary words with definitions and usage examples

Common questions. Straight answers.
Does this connect directly to our STEMscopes account?
The integration provides STEM content aligned to the STEMscopes curriculum framework. Content can be set up to match your current STEMscopes units. Direct account connection for pulling live lesson data is available for districts with STEMscopes API access.
Can teachers submit their own STEM challenges?
Yes. Teachers can submit custom STEM challenges, science facts, and experiment ideas through the Hangar.Media dashboard. Submitted content goes through an approval workflow before appearing on school screens.
Is the content aligned to NGSS standards?
Yes. All content is tagged with Next Generation Science Standards alignment. You can filter content by NGSS disciplinary core idea, crosscutting concept, or science and engineering practice to match your curriculum map.
Can different grade levels see different content?
Yes. Screens in different grade-level hallways or wings can be set up to show grade-appropriate content. Elementary screens show foundational science concepts while high school screens display more advanced material.
