Hangar.Media pulls event names, booking times, room assignments, organizer names, and event status from iSAC. Sensitive details like attendee lists and internal notes can be excluded from the data feed based on your setup.

Can guests book rooms directly from the screen?

On touchscreen-equipped displays, Hangar.Media supports walk-up room booking for rooms marked as available. The booking is written back to iSAC so it appears in your master schedule immediately.

How does it handle recurring meetings?

Recurring meetings in iSAC are displayed like any other booking. Each occurrence appears on the schedule for its specific date and time. If a single occurrence is cancelled or moved in iSAC, only that instance updates on the screen.

Can I display room capacity alongside availability?

Yes. Room capacity data from iSAC is displayed on room-level screens alongside availability status. This helps people find not just an available room, but one that fits their group size.
