There is no practical limit. Hangar.Media has been tested with conventions running over 500 concurrent sessions across multiple tracks. The directory layout automatically paginates and filters to keep displays readable.
Can different floors show different event information?
Yes. Hangar.Media uses your room mapping to show floor-relevant content. A screen on the third floor only shows third-floor sessions, while the lobby directory shows all sessions across all floors.
What happens if the Marriott City connection drops?
Hangar.Media caches the most recent schedule data locally on each player device. If the connection to Marriott City is interrupted, screens continue showing the last known schedule until the connection is restored.
