Bridge // Key Features

What you can do with On your screens.

Three capabilities that make this integration essential for your digital signage network.

Catering Display // 01

Kitchen and catering prep screens

Display meal preparation schedules, guest counts, dietary requirements, and plating timelines on kitchen screens. Your culinary team sees exactly what needs to be prepared, for how many guests, and by what time, all pulled directly from Sales Pro BEOs.

Your chef sees the updated guest count before the catering manager picks up the phone.

Setup Boards // 02

Room setup and configuration displays

Show room setup styles, table configurations, AV requirements, and decor notes on screens in setup staging areas and outside event rooms. Setup crews reference these screens instead of printed BEOs that get lost or outdated.

Setup crews see the latest room configuration, not yesterday printed version.

Event Timeline // 03

Visual event timelines for coordination

Display event timelines showing setup start, doors open, meal service, speeches, and teardown across a visual timeline. Operations managers and department heads see the full day at a glance on back-of-house screens.

The entire event day, minute by minute, on one screen.

Department-specific timeline views for focused teams

Step 04

Activate your screens

Bridge // Questions

Common questions. Straight answers.

Which version of Sales Pro is compatible?

Hangar.Media supports Sales Pro versions with API access enabled. Contact your Sales Pro account representative to confirm API availability for your version and obtain the required integration credentials.

Can kitchen staff interact with the display?

The current integration is display-only for reliability in kitchen environments. Data flows one way from Sales Pro to the screen. Kitchen staff acknowledge tasks and update status in the Sales Pro application directly.

How are dietary requirements highlighted?

Dietary requirements and allergen flags from Sales Pro BEOs are displayed with colour-coded labels on kitchen screens. Common allergens like nuts, gluten, and dairy are highlighted prominently so prep teams can identify special meals at a glance.

Can I show different BEO sections on different screens?

Yes. You can set each screen to show specific BEO sections. Kitchen screens show food and beverage details, setup screens show room configuration, and service screens show timing and guest counts. Each screen type filters the data appropriately.
