Which Ungerboeck modules does the integration access?
Hangar.Media connects to the Events, Spaces, Exhibitors, Service Orders, and Accounts modules through the Ungerboeck REST API. You can control which modules are active for your integration.
Can I display exhibitor logos on the directory screens?
Yes. When exhibitor logos are uploaded to their Ungerboeck account records, Hangar.Media pulls those images and displays them alongside exhibitor names and booth numbers in the directory.
How does it handle venues with multiple buildings?
Hangar.Media supports multi-building venue configurations. Each building or hall can have its own screen group showing location-relevant events, while lobby screens aggregate events across all buildings.
Can operations staff update service order status from the screen?
The current integration is display-only. Service order status is pulled from Ungerboeck and displayed on screens. To update status, staff use the Ungerboeck application directly, and screen updates follow within 60 seconds.
