Tap your phone the screen responds.
Place NFC tags near your screens and let visitors tap their phones to trigger content changes, receive information, download files, or open links. A direct bridge between your signage and the mobile phones people carry.
Physical tap, digital response
The NFC Tags integration creates interaction points where the physical and digital worlds meet. Place NFC stickers or tags near products, on signage panels, or at information points. When a visitor taps their NFC-enabled phone against the tag, two things can happen: the screen content changes to show relevant information, and the phone opens a URL, downloads a file, or displays a landing page. No app installation required.
What you can do with the screen responds.
Three capabilities that make this integration essential for your digital signage network.
Screen and phone respond together
A single NFC tap triggers two coordinated responses. The nearby screen changes its content to display detailed information, and the phone opens a mobile-optimized landing page with additional details, downloads, or calls to action. This creates a connected experience across two devices.
Customers tap the tag, the screen shows the product video, and their phone gets a coupon.
Simultaneous screen content change and mobile URL launch
Different content for screen and phone optimized for each device
Coordinated timing between screen and mobile responses
Change what tags do remotely
NFC tags are programmed with a redirect URL managed from the Hangar.Media dashboard. Change the destination URL, the associated screen content, or the mobile landing page at any time without physically reprogramming the tag. Update campaigns seasonally without replacing any hardware.
We update our NFC campaign monthly from the dashboard without touching a single tag in the store.
Cloud-managed redirect URLs on each tag
Campaign scheduling to change tag behavior on dates you set
No physical access to tags needed for content updates
Measure physical-digital engagement
Track every NFC tap with detailed analytics. See which tags get the most interaction, what time of day engagement peaks, which phone operating systems are most common, and how many taps convert to further mobile actions like form fills or purchases.
We know exactly which product display tags drive the most mobile coupon redemptions.

Place NFC tags at interaction points
Stick NFC tags near screens, on product displays, or at information points. Each tag is a small adhesive sticker that can be placed on almost any surface.
Program tags from the dashboard
Write the Hangar.Media redirect URL to each tag using a phone or NFC writer. Assign screen content and mobile landing page destinations for each tag.
Set up screen responses
Define what content the nearby screen should display when each tag is tapped. Set display duration and return-to-normal behavior.
Launch and measure
Activate the NFC experience and monitor tap analytics in the dashboard. Optimize tag placement based on engagement data.

CorporateMeeting room quick booking

Common questions. Straight answers.
Do visitors need to install an app
No. NFC tag reading is built into modern iOS and Android phones. When a visitor taps their phone against the tag, the phone reads the URL and opens it in the default browser. No app download or special software is needed.
How close does the phone need to be to the tag
NFC operates at very close range, typically within 1 to 4 centimeters. The visitor needs to tap or nearly touch the tag with the back of their phone for the interaction to register.
Can I reuse NFC tags for different campaigns
Yes. Because the tags contain a redirect URL managed from the dashboard, you can change the destination and associated content at any time. The physical tag stays in place and its behavior changes based on your dashboard settings.
How does the tag communicate with the nearby screen
When a phone reads the NFC tag, it opens a URL that notifies the Hangar.Media platform. The platform then pushes a content change command to the associated screen. The entire process takes less than one second.
One price. The whole platform.
