OneDrive content, on your screens.
Stream images, videos, and documents from OneDrive folders directly to digital signage screens with automatic sync when files change.
Your Cloud Files on Every Screen
OneDrive is where your teams store images, videos, and documents. Hangar.Media connects to OneDrive folders and displays their contents on signage screens as slideshows, video playlists, or document carousels. Add files to the linked folder from any device, and they appear on screen automatically. Remove files and they disappear. Your OneDrive folder becomes the content source for your signage.
What you can do with your screens.
Three capabilities that make this integration essential for your digital signage network.
Automatic Content Updates
Link a OneDrive folder to your signage screen. When someone adds an image or video to that folder, it appears on the signage display at the next sync. When they remove a file, it disappears from the screen. The folder is the content manager.
Drag files to OneDrive, see them on the screen.

Common questions. Straight answers.
Can I use OneDrive for Business and personal OneDrive?
Hangar.Media supports OneDrive for Business (Microsoft 365) through Azure AD authentication. Personal OneDrive accounts can be connected through Microsoft Account authentication.
What file types are supported for display?
Images (JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF), videos (MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV), and documents (PDF, PPTX, DOCX) are supported. The most common use case is image slideshows and video playback from OneDrive folders.
How quickly do new files appear on screen?
Hangar.Media checks the linked OneDrive folder for changes at your chosen interval, typically every 5 to 15 minutes. New files appear on the signage screen at the next sync cycle.
Can I link multiple OneDrive folders to different screens?
Yes. You can link different OneDrive folders to different screens or screen groups. Each screen can have its own content source, or multiple screens can share the same OneDrive folder.
