Court dockets, digitally displayed.
The Hangar.Media court docket integration connects to court case management systems to display hearing schedules, courtroom assignments, and case status information on digital signage throughout courthouse buildings. Lobby directories show the full daily docket, hallway screens guide visitors to the correct courtroom, and screens outside each courtroom show the current and upcoming hearings.

Common questions. Straight answers.
Which case management systems are supported?
Hangar.Media supports integration with major court case management systems including Tyler Technologies Odyssey, Journal Technologies eCourt, and Thomson Reuters C-Track. Custom integrations are available for other CMS platforms with API access.
How is sensitive case information handled?
The integration displays only public docket information such as case numbers, hearing times, and courtroom assignments. Sealed cases, juvenile matters, and other restricted information are excluded based on your case management system visibility rules.
Can the display handle multiple courtrooms simultaneously?
Yes. Each courtroom gets its own screen showing its specific schedule, while lobby displays aggregate all courtroom schedules into a single docket board. There is no limit on the number of courtrooms supported.
What happens when a hearing is rescheduled during the day?
When a hearing is rescheduled in the case management system, the courtroom screen and lobby docket board update within 60 seconds. The original time slot shows the hearing as continued, and the new time appears in the updated schedule.
