Does the visual content play at the same time as the audio?

The visual content matches the theme and messaging of your on-hold audio but does not need to be frame-synchronized. Both channels deliver the same promotional and informational content so the brand experience is consistent regardless of which channel the customer encounters.

Can I use different content on screens versus hold audio?

Yes. While the integration is designed to synchronise messaging, you can override screen content independently. Some businesses show matched content during business hours and different content after hours when the phone system routes to voicemail.
