ServiceNow dashboards. On the ops wall.
Stream ServiceNow IT service management data to digital signage screens. Display incident dashboards, SLA status boards, change management calendars, and service health indicators across your operations centre and IT floors.
ServiceNow data, always visible.
The Hangar.Media ServiceNow integration connects to your ServiceNow instance to display IT service management data on digital signage screens. Operations centres see incident dashboards with priority breakdowns. IT floors see service health status boards. Management screens show SLA compliance and MTTR metrics. All data refreshes automatically so your team has constant visibility into service delivery.
What you can do with On the ops wall.
Three capabilities that make this integration essential for your digital signage network.
Live incident management dashboards
Display active incidents organized by priority, assignment group, category, and age. The dashboard updates in real time as incidents are created, updated, and resolved. Operations teams see the current queue at a glance without opening ServiceNow on their workstations.
Every P1 incident is on the wall before the bridge call starts.
Active incident count by priority level
Assignment group workload distribution
Incident aging with SLA countdown timers
SLA compliance and performance displays
Show SLA compliance rates, at-risk tickets, and breached SLA indicators on management screens. Daily, weekly, and monthly SLA performance trends are displayed so leadership has continuous visibility into service delivery performance.
SLA compliance is not a monthly report. It is a live number on the wall.
Real-time SLA compliance percentage by service
At-risk and breached SLA ticket highlighting
MTTR and MTTA trend charts
Change management visibility
Display the change management calendar on operations centre screens. Show scheduled changes, maintenance windows, and in-progress changes so the entire operations team knows what is changing and when, reducing surprise impact from uncoordinated changes.
The change calendar is on the wall, not buried in an email.
Upcoming change schedule with implementation windows
In-progress change status and responsible team
Change conflict and blackout period indicators
Four steps to connected screens.

Common questions. Straight answers.
Which ServiceNow modules are supported?
Hangar.Media supports the Incident, Change, Problem, Service Level Management, CMDB, and Service Health modules. Custom ServiceNow tables and dashboards can also be displayed using the ServiceNow reporting API.
Does it require a dedicated ServiceNow licence?
The integration uses a service account with read-only access to your ServiceNow instance. This typically requires an integration user licence or a service account allocation. Contact your ServiceNow administrator to confirm the licence requirements for API access.
How often does the dashboard refresh?
Dashboards refresh at adjustable intervals, typically every 30 to 60 seconds for incident data and every 5 minutes for SLA and performance metrics. Critical priority incident indicators can be set up to poll as frequently as every 15 seconds.
Can I create custom dashboard layouts?
Yes. The Hangar.Media dashboard builder lets you arrange ServiceNow data widgets in custom layouts. You can combine incident counts, SLA gauges, change calendars, and service health indicators on a single screen with flexible sizing and positioning.
