Yes. Hangar.Media supports both platforms. During setup, the system detects which Lightspeed product you use and sets up the data sync accordingly. You can even connect both if you run a combined restaurant and retail operation.
How often does inventory data refresh
Inventory data syncs on a adjustable interval, typically every 5 to 15 minutes. For high-turnover items, you can enable near-real-time stock updates using Lightspeed webhook notifications.
Can I display Lightspeed product images on screens
Yes. Product images stored in your Lightspeed catalog are imported during sync. For items without images, you can upload supplementary photography directly in the Hangar.Media content library.
Is multi-location support included
Yes. Multi-location Lightspeed accounts can connect all locations with per-store inventory, pricing, and menu data feeding each location screens independently.
