Airtable data, visualised. On every screen.
Connect Airtable to your digital signage and display bases, views, and custom dashboards on office screens. Transform spreadsheet data into visual, actionable displays that keep teams informed.
Flexible data displays powered by Airtable
Airtable combines the simplicity of spreadsheets with the power of databases. Hangar.Media connects to your Airtable bases and renders grid views, gallery views, and calendar views on digital signage. Display inventory trackers, project databases, employee directories, and any structured data in a format optimised for screen viewing.
What you can do with On every screen.
Three capabilities that make this integration essential for your digital signage network.
Airtable Grids on Signage
Display Airtable grid views on your screens with full column visibility. The grid auto-scales text and columns for readability at a distance. Row colours, status fields, and attachment thumbnails all render on the display.
Your data grid, readable from across the room.
Auto-scaling columns for screen readability
Colour-coded status and select fields
Row grouping and sorting preserved
Visual Card Displays
Render Airtable gallery views as visual card layouts on your signage. Each record becomes a card with an image, title, and key fields displayed. Perfect for employee directories, product catalogues, and portfolio displays.
Records as visual cards, not spreadsheet rows.
Card layout with cover images
Adjustable fields per card

Common questions. Straight answers.
Which Airtable plans work with this integration?
The integration works with Airtable Free, Team, Business, and Enterprise Scale plans. API rate limits vary by plan tier, which may affect refresh frequency on higher-volume displays.
Can I display linked records from other tables?
Yes. Linked record fields display the primary field value of the linked record. You can also create lookup fields in Airtable to pull specific data from linked tables for display.
How large a dataset can be displayed on one screen?
The display is optimised for datasets up to 500 rows per view. For larger datasets, use Airtable view filters to show the most relevant subset of records on each screen.
Can I create dashboards from multiple Airtable bases?
Yes. Create separate Airtable widgets for each base and combine them in a multi-zone signage layout. Each widget connects to its own base and view independently.
One price. The whole platform.
That's how we think signage should work. Content editor, screen management, and 200+ app integrations — all included from day one.
