Can I display Smartsheet Control Center data?
Yes. If you use Smartsheet Control Center for programme management, the underlying sheets and reports can be displayed on signage through the standard Smartsheet integration.
How is the Gantt chart zoom level set?
You can set the Gantt chart to display by day, week, month, or quarter. Choose the zoom level that provides the right amount of detail for your audience and screen size.
Can I restrict which data is shown on public screens?
Yes. Select specific columns and rows to display. Sensitive fields like budget figures or personnel details can be hidden from the signage view while keeping them in the source sheet.
