Which Zendesk products are supported?
The integration supports Zendesk Support (ticket data, SLA metrics, CSAT scores) and Zendesk Explore (reporting data). Zendesk Chat and Talk metrics can be included through Explore reports.
Can I set alerts for SLA breaches?
Yes. Set up visual alerts that trigger when tickets are at risk of breaching SLA targets. The signage display can flash warnings, change colours, or show banner alerts when thresholds are approached.
Is individual agent data visible to all viewers?
You control which metrics are displayed. Agent leaderboards can show names or be anonymised. You can also restrict certain screens to management-only areas for sensitive performance data.
How often does Zendesk data refresh on screens?
Zendesk data refreshes every 30 seconds by default for queue metrics and every 5 minutes for aggregate statistics like CSAT trends. You can adjust refresh intervals based on your needs.
