Both. The integration supports the current recommendation system and legacy star ratings. Pages that have both types of reviews can display them together side by side.
Can I hide negative reviews?
Yes. You can filter to show only recommended reviews, set minimum text length requirements, or manually exclude specific reviews from display in the dashboard.
How quickly do new reviews appear on screens?
New reviews are pulled from your Facebook Page every 15 minutes by default. The refresh interval is adjustable from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
Do I need a Facebook Business Page?
Yes. Reviews are pulled from Facebook Business Pages only. Personal profiles do not have reviews. You need admin access to the Page to authorize the integration.
