Do I need a Zoom Rooms licence for this integration?
Yes. The Hangar.Media integration requires active Zoom Rooms licences assigned to the rooms you want to display. A standard Zoom Pro or Business plan is not sufficient for room-level data.
Can I display Zoom meeting status without a touchscreen?
Yes. The room status display works on any screen. Touchscreen capability is only required if you want to enable the instant booking feature from the signage panel.
How quickly does the room status update?
Room status updates within seconds of a meeting starting or ending in Zoom Rooms. Hangar.Media polls the Zoom API at high frequency to ensure displays reflect current availability.
Can I show Zoom Rooms status on a shared overview screen?
