Book4Time (dominant in premium spas), Mindbody Spa, Phorest, Fresha, SpaBooker, Millennium Business Solutions, Rosy and custom REST-API-compatible systems. We pull appointment-flow data (alias-only by default), therapist-assignment and treatment-type (suppressed on public screens). For hotel-spas we integrate with the hotel PMS layer (Opera, Mews) for guest-arrival-aware content.

How do you handle spa-appropriate content tempo?

Spa content rotation uses low-stimulation transitions (slow cross-fades, no abrupt cuts), calm colour-palettes and quiet-voice-tone messaging. Content is curated for calm-tempo (breath-work, gratitude-practice, seasonal wellness) rather than high-energy retail up-sell. Aggressive-commercial content is blocked by policy. Transition-speed defaults adapt to the space (reception slightly more tempo; relaxation-area dramatically calmer).

Can we handle multi-language content for destination spas?

Yes. Reception and welcome-area screens rotate welcome content in the destination's common-visitor languages with appropriate-tempo language transitions (not rapid-cycle). Treatment-menu translations, wellness-practice explanations and spa-etiquette information in client-languages supports international wellness-travel audiences.
