Every session, scheduled visibly.
Course schedules, classroom availability, CPD tracking and exam-centre signage — with multi-language support for international learners.
Training centres serve learners who arrive once a week. Signage is how they navigate.
A vocational college, corporate training centre or exam-board site runs learners through sessions once or twice a week — each arrival is a navigation event. Which classroom is my course in today? Where is the exam hall? Has the tutor moved rooms? Hangar.Media pulls from your learning-management and course-booking systems (Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo, Canvas, Bridge) so classroom-door signage, reception boards, exam-centre wayfinding and CPD-tracking all reflect the real day.
Built for how training & vocational actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
Tuesday evening: plumbing level 2, room 7.
Reception and corridor screens surface today's course schedule with course name, tutor, room, session-start and remaining-places. Evening learners walking in after work see at a glance where they're meant to be. Weekday-evening punctuality improves when the screens tell you the answer before you ask.
Evening-learner punctuality climbs when the screen answers 'where am I going?' at the door.
- Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo, Canvas, Bridge LMS integration
- Per-session course, tutor, room, start-time and remaining-places
- Evening and weekend-session specialisation for part-time learners
- Multi-language course names for international programmes
Which rooms are free. Right now.
Classroom-door screens and floor-plate overviews show live room status — in-use / free / next-class. Learners wanting a quiet space for pre-session review see which empty rooms are available. Tutors running over into the next slot see the room's next-booking before they commit. Integrates with Robin, GoBright, standard M365 / Google-Calendar bookings.
Learners find a quiet spot. Tutors respect the next-booking.
- Robin, GoBright, M365 and Google Calendar room-booking integration
- Per-door in-use / free / next-class status
- Floor-plate overview of currently-available rooms
- Accessibility-routing for hearing-loop and wheelchair-accessible rooms
Candidate to candidate, the exam centre runs.
Exam-centre-specific signage handles alias-only candidate-room assignment (candidate number + first-name only), exam-session countdown, permitted-materials reminders and phone-and-watch-in-locker messaging. Integrates with exam-board systems (Pearson VUE, Cambridge Assessment, PSI Services, Prometric) for high-stakes certification testing. Safeguarding and exam-integrity audit logs support regulator inspection.
Every candidate knows the room. Nobody has to call out names.
- Pearson VUE, Cambridge Assessment, PSI Services, Prometric integration
- Alias-only candidate display (candidate-number + first-name)
- Exam-session countdown with permitted-materials reminders
- Audit log for exam-integrity regulator review
Points earned, hours logged. Visible.
For learners working toward certification (ICB bookkeeping, CITB construction, RQF qualifications, corporate professional-development), CPD-tracking screens in learning-lounge areas surface progress toward certification — hours logged, points earned, modules completed, next-certification window. Motivating visibility of progress correlates with completion rates.
Progress becomes visible. Completion rates follow.
- CPD progress drawn from LMS completion data
- Certification-readiness and next-exam-window overlays
- Cohort-vs-individual progress views (with masking)
- Alumni-achievement rotation for motivation
Regional training network, centrally run.
Vocational college networks (further-education groups, construction-training networks, driving-instructor networks) manage content centrally with per-site autonomy. Group-wide certification-programme promotion pushes from HQ; individual centres control local tutor-intro content, regional-event promotion and alumni-achievement spotlights.
National training network. Local centre identity. Everyone reads the same schedule.
- Estate-wide course-programme rollout with per-site dry-run
- Regional-event and local-tutor override capability
- Role-based permissions (HQ, centre-manager, training-admin, tutor)
- Per-centre completion-rate and cohort-performance dashboards

Which LMS and exam-board systems do you integrate with?
LMS: Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo, Canvas, Bridge, Totara, 360Learning, Absorb LMS. Exam boards: Pearson VUE, Cambridge Assessment, PSI Services, Prometric, Surpass. For further-education and vocational-training we also integrate with Bromcom, ProMonitor, Compass and Cirrus. Integration is included in the flat per-screen price.
How do you handle candidate privacy in exam centres?
Alias-only by default — candidate-number plus first-name (e.g. '\#2847 — Sarah'). Full names, dates of birth, qualifications or test details never transit to public-facing screens. For regulated certification exams (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, Microsoft MCSE), audit logs capture every screen display for exam-integrity review. Our architecture passes the exam-board integrity requirements for Pearson VUE, Prometric and PSI.
Can we track CPD progress per learner?
Yes — via your LMS integration. CPD-tracking screens in learning-lounge areas draw from Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo or your LMS of choice to surface hours logged, points earned, modules completed and next-certification window. Privacy-defaults are conservative (alias-only) with opt-in for full-name display. Cohort-vs-individual views support cohort motivation without public individual-shaming.
What do training centres pay?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A single-site vocational college with 20 screens pays £100 per month. A 12-centre construction-training network with 10 screens per centre pays £600 per month. Flat-rate across the estate. Every integration, every language-pack, exam-centre audit export included.
