Every bay, every shift, visible.
Loading-bay schedules, picker KPIs, safety messaging, incident alerts and shift handovers on every warehouse floor.
A warehouse runs 24/7 on seconds. Signage earns its keep every shift.
A distribution centre, 3PL facility or fleet-operator warehouse moves tens of thousands of units per shift across loading bays, picking floors, packing stations and dispatch gates. Paper shift-handovers and whiteboard safety-days boards can't keep up. Hangar.Media puts live loading-bay schedules at every dock door, pick-rate dashboards above each zone, safety-days counters in break rooms, and bridge-override incident broadcast across every screen — integrated with your WMS, TMS, ERP and BI stack.
Built for how logistics & distribution actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
Dock door 7, inbound Maersk, 14:30.
Loading-bay-area screens show today's arrival schedule — carrier, expected-time, dock-door assignment, reefer / standard / dangerous-goods classification. Drivers pulling onto site see their assigned door on the approach-road screen. Yard-marshalling time drops 30-40% when every driver knows where they're going before they radio in.
Drivers back into the correct door first time. Yard radio traffic drops.
- WMS / TMS integration (Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle TMS, custom)
- Driver-side approach-road screens with dock-door assignments
- Reefer / standard / dangerous-goods classification overlays
- Delayed-arrival and carrier-substitution instant updates
Zone-level performance, live above the floor.
Pick-zone and packing-station screens embed live KPIs from your Power BI, Tableau or Grafana dashboards — picks-per-hour, pack-rate, error rate, zone productivity. Team leads see the floor performing live; pickers see their zone's standing without a team-lead tap. SLA performance visible to everyone reduces end-of-shift surprises.
The floor sees the numbers. The shift-lead stops running between zones.
- Authenticated BI-dashboard embedding (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Domo)
- Zone-level pick-rate, pack-rate, dispatch-rate dashboards
- Error-rate, shrinkage and returns-volume overlays
- Team-vs-team league boards with configurable masking
Days since last incident. Visible from every aisle.
Safety-days-since counters on break-room and crew-muster-point screens reinforce a daily safety cadence. Combined with toolbox-talk schedule boards, PPE-reminder content and hazmat-zone signage, signage becomes part of the safety culture. When an incident resets the counter, the whole facility sees why.
Safety-days boards quietly reinforce the culture every day.
- Days-since-incident counters with automatic reset on logged events
- Toolbox-talk schedule boards with upcoming-session countdown
- PPE-reminder content (high-vis, safety boots, ear-defenders by zone)
- Hazmat-zone signage with dangerous-goods classification overlays
Structured handover, never missed.
Shift-handover boards at crew-start locations show the previous shift's structured summary — outbound dispatched, inbound received, incidents, outstanding issues, staffing for the incoming shift. Oncoming teams read the board on arrival. Handover quality improves because the information is structured and visible, not a rushed verbal exchange at shift-change.
Shift-start stand-ups drop from 15 minutes to 5 when the board does the handover.
- Structured handover templates (volume, incidents, outstanding, staffing)
- Previous-shift auto-summary from WMS / TMS integration
- Equipment-fault and MHE-downtime rollover flags
- Per-area handover variants (inbound, pick, pack, dispatch)
Fire, hazmat, severe-weather — every screen in 10 seconds.
Warehouse emergencies (fire, hazmat release, severe weather, workforce incident) require facility-wide signage override with audit log. Our bridge-level override pushes emergency content to every screen in 10 seconds, with zone-level targeting (evacuate this wing, shelter in hazmat-safe zone). Integration with fire-alarm and hazmat-detection systems enables automatic triggering on alarm activation.
Fire alarm declared. Every screen shows evacuation routing. Before the first pager buzzes.
- Bridge-override to every screen in ≤10 seconds
- Zone-level targeting (evacuate this zone, shelter that zone, hazmat-aware routing)
- Fire-alarm and hazmat-detection system integration
- Post-incident audit log with timestamp, source and approver
Every screen in the building.

Which WMS and TMS systems do you integrate with?
Manhattan Associates WMS, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS, Oracle TMS, Körber (HighJump) WMS, Zebra Technologies, Descartes TMS and custom REST-API-compatible systems. We pull loading-bay schedules (carrier, ETA, dock-door), pick-task volumes, dispatch data and outbound consolidation. Integration is included in the flat per-screen price.
How do you handle warehouse environments (dust, vibration, temperature)?
For warehouse-interior displays (pick-zone, packing-station), commercial-grade 24/7-rated displays with appropriate IP-rating and operating-temperature range are essential. We can spec hardware (IP65-rated outdoor-capable for dock-door-area, standard commercial for office and break-room) alongside the software subscription. Hardware is financed separately; software is £5/screen/month.
Can we run different content per zone (inbound, pick, pack, dispatch)?
Yes. Zone-level content policies mean the inbound dock area runs carrier-schedule and driver-wayfinding; the pick zones run pick-rate and zone-league dashboards; the packing stations run pack-rate KPIs and quality-reminder content; dispatch runs outbound-schedule and carrier-tracking. Permissions scope editing per role (facility manager, area lead, safety officer).
What do operators pay for a 100,000 sq ft distribution centre?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A 100,000 sq ft DC typically runs 30-50 screens (dock doors, pick zones, packing stations, break rooms, muster points, control room). What you see is what you pay. Every integration, every feature, monthly billing, cancel any time.
