Sectors // Overview

Offices aren't dead. But the signage inside them usually is.

Every modern office has the same communication problem: email doesn't reach frontline and non-desk workers, intranet pages don't reach hybrid employees, Teams / Slack messages compete with 200 other pings. But everyone walks past the lobby screen, the meeting-room door sign, the cafeteria board and the lift-lobby display. Hangar.Media turns those surfaces into a coordinated comms layer — integrated with M365, Google Workspace, Robin, Slack and your SSO — so announcements land, meeting rooms show clear status, visitors feel welcomed and floor-plate boards reinforce culture.

Meeting-room booking integration with M365, Google Workspace, Robin, Outlook Calendar
Lobby welcome with visitor-management integration (Envoy, Proxyclick, SwipedOn)
All-hands and CEO-message broadcast with approval workflow and per-location targeting
Live dashboards on floor-plate screens (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana)
SSO-native deployment with Okta, Azure AD, Google and SAML
Sectors // What It Does

Built for how offices & headquarters actually run.

The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.

Meeting Rooms // 01

Every door knows who's in it.

Meeting-room door screens (7-13") show live booking status from M365, Google Workspace, Robin, Teams Rooms, Outlook Calendar or Roomz. Red / amber / green from 10 paces. Booker first-name (privacy-safe), meeting-ends-in countdown, next-booking. Tap-to-book-extra-time for current occupants; tap-to-book-next-slot for passing employees. Enterprise-ready with SSO, room-booking governance and audit logging.

From 10 paces, you know if the room is free or ends in 4 minutes.
  • M365, Google Workspace, Robin, Teams Rooms, Outlook Calendar integration
  • First-name-only privacy-safe booker display
  • Tap-to-book-extra-time and tap-to-book-next-slot interactions
  • Executive-only booking with SSO-authenticated access
Lobby Welcome // 02

Visitors arrive. Reception already knows.

Lobby screens surface visitor welcomes (opt-in alias-only by default) when visitors check in. Integration with Envoy, Proxyclick, SwipedOn and custom visitor-management systems handles the workflow. Security-badge and Wi-Fi-credential QR overlays speed onboarding. Client meetings feel professional; visitors walk in feeling welcomed.

Visitors arrive and feel welcomed. Not processed.
  • Envoy, Proxyclick, SwipedOn, custom VMS integration
  • Alias-only welcome (first-name + host-name) by default
  • Security-badge and Wi-Fi QR overlay
  • Multi-language welcome for international visitor traffic
All-Hands Broadcast // 03

CEO message. Every screen. Everywhere.

All-hands broadcast to every screen in the estate with approval workflow and per-location targeting. CEO town-hall announcements, leadership updates, urgent operational notices reach every employee — including the non-desk workforce that email misses. Per-region targeting lets a London-specific message run only on London screens. Approval workflow keeps brand-standards consistent.

Messages reach the non-desk workforce. Not just the people at laptops.
  • Broadcast with approval workflow (content team, legal, CEO office)
  • Per-region, per-building, per-floor targeting for localised messages
  • Recurring broadcast templates for monthly all-hands, quarterly results
  • Audit log of every broadcast with approver trail
Dashboards // 04

Live business data, on floor-plate screens.

Floor-plate and team-hub screens embed live dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Looker, Domo) so the business results are visible to every team — not just the execs who read the weekly deck. Finance dashboards in the finance floor, sales in the sales floor, engineering deployment status in the eng floor. Authenticated embedding keeps sensitive data behind SSO.

The sales floor sees the pipeline number at 9am, not at the Friday review.
  • Authenticated Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Looker, Domo embedding
  • SSO token pass-through via Azure AD, Okta, Google, SAML
  • Per-team dashboard rotation (finance / sales / eng / product / support)
  • Threshold-based colour coding for headline KPIs
Emergency & Multi-Building // 05

Fire. Security. Weather. Every building.

Multi-building and multi-campus operations run bridge-override emergency broadcast from one console. Fire-alarm, security and severe-weather events push zone-targeted emergency content to every screen in the affected zone within 10 seconds. Integration with fire-alarm systems and mass-notification platforms (Everbridge, Rave Mobile Safety) handles auto-triggering. Post-incident audit log captures every broadcast.

Fire alarm in building B. Every screen in building B shows evacuation routing in 10 seconds.
  • Bridge-override to every screen in the targeted zone within ≤10 seconds
  • Zone-level targeting (building, floor, department)
  • Fire-alarm, Everbridge and Rave Mobile Safety integration
  • Post-incident audit log with timestamp, source and approver

Sectors // Questions

Common questions. Straight answers.

Which calendar and room-booking systems do you integrate with?

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Outlook Calendar, Teams Rooms), Google Workspace (Google Calendar), Robin, Condeco, GoBright, Roomz, 25Live, EMS Campus, iCal feeds and custom REST-API calendars. Most enterprise deployments use Exchange or Google as the base system plus Robin or GoBright as the hot-desk / flex-space layer. We integrate with both simultaneously.

Does the platform support enterprise SSO and role-based permissions?

Yes. SSO via Okta, Azure AD, Google, Ping Identity, OneLogin and generic SAML 2.0. SCIM provisioning for large-estate roll-outs. Role-based permissions scope content editing per role (content team, HR, finance, exec comms, facilities, building manager). Restricted-audience content (executive dashboards, HR-sensitive material) requires authenticated display.

How do we broadcast an emergency across multiple buildings?

The duty-officer or security-lead tapes the bridge-override button in the dashboard (permission-scoped to specific roles) and selects target zones (whole estate, specific building, specific floor). Emergency content pushes to every targeted screen within 10 seconds. Fire-alarm and mass-notification-platform integration (Everbridge, Rave Mobile Safety) enables automatic trigger. Every broadcast is audit-logged for post-incident review.

What do operators pay for a corporate HQ?

£5 per screen per month, flat. A typical 1,000-employee HQ runs 40-80 screens (lobby, meeting-room doors, floor plates, cafeteria, lifts, exec floor). One rate across every feature we ship. Cancel any month. No activation fee, no minimum term.
