The NOC that everyone reads.
Live uptime dashboards, capacity metrics, incident status and on-call schedules from Datadog, Grafana and internal monitoring.
A data centre runs at uptime. Signage is how the whole floor reads the same number.
A data-centre operation lives and dies on observability — uptime %, capacity utilisation, power draw, thermal zones, active incidents, on-call rotation. The teams running it already watch these in Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, or internal stacks. Hangar.Media puts those dashboards on large-format wall screens, on-call-area shift boards and incident-broadcast override signage so every person in the facility reads the same operational truth. HIPAA / SOC2 / ISO 27001 deployment options available.
Built for how data centres & nocs actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
One wall. Every metric that matters.
Large-format NOC wall screens embed your existing observability dashboards — Datadog for infrastructure, Grafana for metrics, New Relic for APM, AWS CloudWatch for cloud, Splunk for logs, Sentry for errors. Authenticated embedding passes through SSO tokens so the screens display the same view engineers see on their desks. No 'the wall is showing yesterday's data' moment during an incident.
The wall and the laptop show the same dashboard. Debugging happens from the floor.
- Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, Sentry integration
- Authenticated embedding via Azure AD, Okta, Google IdP SSO tokens
- Picture-in-picture for dashboard-plus-incident-feed layouts
- Threshold-based red/amber/green with configurable alert escalation
The number the SLA depends on, large.
Dedicated uptime and capacity-utilisation displays show the rolling 30-day / 90-day / 12-month uptime figure, live customer-SLA status, per-zone capacity utilisation, and available capacity headroom. Customers touring the facility see the numbers you'd put in a board pack. Operations teams see the same figures continuously so nobody flies blind into a capacity crunch.
SLA conversations start with the wall, not a spreadsheet the customer can't verify.
- Rolling uptime displays (30-day / 90-day / 12-month)
- Per-zone and per-customer capacity dashboards
- Headroom forecasting with trend-line overlays
- Public-tour-safe masked variants for customer-visibility screens
Power draw, thermals, humidity — by zone.
Environmental-metric screens show per-zone power draw (kW), thermal zones (with RAG thresholds), humidity, PUE (power-usage effectiveness) and DCIM data. When a zone starts trending hot, the facility-ops team sees it rising minutes before the DCIM alert fires. Integration with Schneider EcoStruxure, Nlyte, and vendor-specific BMS systems.
Thermals trend early on the wall. The alert comes after we've already acted.
- Per-zone power, thermal, humidity and PUE metric displays
- DCIM integration (Schneider EcoStruxure, Nlyte, Sunbird dcTrack)
- BMS integration for facility-ops on-the-floor visibility
- Historical trend overlays with forecasting
SEV-1 declared. The floor knows in 10 seconds.
Incident-status boards integrate with PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Jira Incident Manager and Slack /incident workflows to surface active incidents, severity, assigned-responder, bridge-call link and customer-impact notes. Shift-leads and on-call engineers arriving on the floor read the current state without a 15-minute briefing.
Incident-commander arrives, reads the board, joins the bridge. No briefing needed.
- PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Jira Incident Manager integration
- Bridge-call link with one-tap join from floor tablets
- Customer-impact notes with masking for public-safe variants
- Post-incident board with timeline for post-mortem review
Who's on-call. When they hand off.
On-call-area screens show the current rotation — primary, secondary, escalation — with next-handoff countdown. Engineers coming on-shift see who they're replacing and when. Escalation path is visible at 2am when it's needed. Integrates with PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Slack's /oncall and custom rotation systems.
At 3am, the wall tells you who's next and when they take over.
- Current primary / secondary / escalation rotation
- Next-handoff countdown with automatic rotation via PagerDuty / Opsgenie
- Tour-of-duty timeline for shift-lead visibility
- After-hours escalation-path-visualisation for quick lookup
Every screen in the building.
From customer-facing walls to operational dashboards — the scenarios that make the platform worth running day-to-day.
Large-format dashboard wall
Large-format NOC wall (typically 4-16 panel video wall) embedding Datadog, Grafana, New Relic dashboards with authenticated SSO integration.
Environmental monitoring boards
Per-zone power-thermal-humidity dashboards with DCIM data and BMS overlays for facility-operations team.
Rotation and incident-status boards
On-call-area screens with current rotation, next-handoff countdown, active-incident status and bridge-call shortcuts.
Public-safe uptime dashboards
Customer-visit corridor screens with masked uptime dashboards, customer-logo rotation (with permission) and facility capability highlights.
Team boards and training schedules
Team-room screens with shift-roster, training schedule, CPD deadlines and recognition content (team-mention, Slack kudos feed).
Emergency-override signage
Corridor and emergency-zone screens with bridge-override for fire, severe-weather lockdown, facility-safety events with zone-level targeting.

Do you support authenticated BI-dashboard embedding?
Yes. For Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, Power BI and Tableau, we pass through SSO tokens (Azure AD, Okta, Google IdP, custom SAML) so embedded dashboards display with the appropriate account-level permissions. For tools that don't support authenticated embedding, we can use service-account-scoped public links with restricted data. Authentication is the default — unauthenticated embedding is opt-in.
Which incident-management tools do you integrate with?
PagerDuty (incident timelines, on-call rotations, escalation paths), Opsgenie, Jira Incident Manager, ServiceNow Incident, Slack /incident, custom internal systems via REST API. We pull active-incident severity, assigned-responder, bridge-call link and customer-impact notes. Post-incident timeline boards support retrospectives and blameless post-mortems.
How fast does emergency-broadcast reach every screen?
Under 10 seconds in every tested deployment. A bridge-override button (permission-scoped to facility-ops / security / duty-officer roles) pushes emergency content to every screen in the facility within 10 seconds, with zone-level targeting for partial evacuations. Fire-alarm and BMS integration enables automatic triggering. Every broadcast is audit-logged for post-incident review.
What do operators pay for a data centre with NOC?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A typical colocation facility with NOC runs 20-40 screens (NOC wall, facility-ops, on-call desk, tour corridor, break rooms). Same price whether you run one site or a hundred. No tiers, no per-connector fees, no sector premium.
