Sectors // Overview

Coworking sells experience. Signage is where that promise gets kept.

A coworking member pays a premium for flexibility — drop in, find a seat, book a room, meet other members, attend events. Every friction point (can't find a free desk, meeting-room booking is opaque, don't know what's on tonight) erodes the experience. Hangar.Media integrates with your flex-office management stack (Robin, GoBright, Roomz, or custom) and your community platform so every member sees desk availability in real time, every meeting-room door shows its status, and every member screen promotes the evening networking event.

Desk-availability dashboards fed from Robin, GoBright, Roomz, OfficeRnD and custom systems
Per-door meeting-room status (free / in-use / next-booking) with tap-to-book support
Community-event promotion with member-sign-up QRs
Member-visitor welcome at reception (opt-in personalisation)
Multi-location networks with brand-consistent templates
Sectors // What It Does

Built for how coworking & flex offices actually run.

The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.

Desk Availability // 01

The drop-in sees the free desk before asking.

Entrance and floor-plate screens show live desk availability — 40 desks free on 2nd floor, 12 hot-desks in the library, quiet-zone full. Members drop in, find a seat, skip the reception-desk 'do you have a free seat for me?' conversation. Floor-manager reception time redirects to welcoming new prospects and hosting tours.

Members walk in and sit down. Reception welcomes guests instead of assigning desks.
  • Live desk-availability from Robin, GoBright, Roomz, OfficeRnD
  • Zone-level breakdowns (hot desks, quiet zone, phone booths, library)
  • Member-level preference-matching for returning regulars
  • Multi-floor wayfinding with step-free routing options
Room Status // 02

Every room door knows what's in it.

Meeting-room door screens (7-13") show room status — free, in-use with booker name (first-name-only), booking-ends-in countdown, next-booking. Red / amber / green colour code from 10 paces. Tap-to-book-extra-time for the current booker, or tap-to-book-next-slot for passing members. Integrates with M365, Google Workspace and room-booking platforms.

10 paces away, you know if the room is free or not.
  • M365 / Google Workspace / Robin / GoBright / Roomz / 25Live integration
  • First-name-only booker display with privacy-safe defaults
  • Tap-to-book-extra-time for current occupants
  • Tap-to-book-next-slot for passing members
Events // 03

Networking tonight at 6. Everyone knows.

Community-area screens promote the week's events — Monday panel, Wednesday yoga, Thursday networking, Friday happy-hour, Saturday members' tour. Sign-up QRs on every poster. Attendance climbs measurably when event promotion is visible across common areas rather than email-only. Members choose spaces that feel alive; visible events make the space feel alive.

Coworking members compare spaces on 'what's going on' — signage decides that feel.
  • Community event calendar with one-touch sign-up QRs
  • Featured-event rotation with countdown-to-start
  • Member-of-the-week and business-spotlight content
  • Cross-location event visibility for multi-site networks
Visitor Welcome // 04

Visitor arrives. Reception already knows.

Reception lobby screens surface visitor welcomes when a guest arrives — 'Welcome, visiting Sarah at WorkHQ Ltd' (opt-in, alias-only by default). Integrates with visitor-management platforms (Envoy, Proxyclick, SwipedOn) so the check-in flow happens once on a tablet and the welcome appears on the lobby screen. Members look professional to their clients without any operator effort.

Client visits make members feel they're in a proper office, not a shared desk.
  • Envoy, Proxyclick, SwipedOn visitor-management integration
  • Opt-in member-branding (company name + logo) on welcome screens
  • Multi-language welcome for international-member communities
  • Security-badge and Wi-Fi-credential QR overlay
Multi-Location // 05

The WeWork-style network, branded per city.

Multi-location coworking networks manage content centrally with per-site local autonomy. Group brand templates enforce visual consistency across London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Berlin. Per-site managers retain control over local events, community spotlights, and reception welcome messages. Members moving between locations see the same brand feel, differently-flavoured community.

One brand across 30 locations. 30 distinct communities within it.
  • Brand-template enforcement with local-autonomy guardrails
  • Per-site event calendar with cross-site member-visibility option
  • Role-based permissions (network, city, site-lead, community-manager)
  • Per-site usage, uptime and member-engagement analytics

Sectors // Questions

Common questions. Straight answers.

Which coworking-management systems do you integrate with?

OfficeRnD (the flex-office leader), Nexudus, Cobot, andcards, Optix, essensys and custom REST-API-compatible systems. For room-booking within coworking spaces we integrate with Robin, GoBright, Roomz, 25Live and the M365 / Google-Workspace-native room-booking flows. Every integration is included in the flat per-screen price.

How does the visitor-welcome flow work?

A member expecting a client books the visitor in advance via your visitor-management platform (Envoy, Proxyclick, SwipedOn) or via a simple API call. When the visitor arrives and checks in on the reception tablet, the lobby screen shows the welcome message for a configured time window (default 90 seconds). Opt-in member-branding (company logo) personalises the welcome. Full-name display is optional per-member preference.

Can members book a meeting room from the door screen?

Yes — when your room-booking platform supports anonymous or member-authenticated booking. On Robin, GoBright, Roomz and standard M365 / Google-Workspace rooms, members tap the door screen, confirm their identity (NFC card, QR scan, or app), and the room books for the next available slot. For security-sensitive rooms (executive boardrooms, private investor meetings), booking can be restricted to scheduled-bookings-only.

What does this actually cost for a 3-location coworking network?

£5 per screen per month, flat. A 3-location network with 10 screens per location (reception + floor-plate + meeting-room doors + lounges) pays £150 per month. Same price whether you run one site or a hundred. No tiers, no per-connector fees, no sector premium.
