The contact-centre floor, live.
Real-time SLA dashboards, queue performance, shift handovers and team boards — all from Power BI, Tableau or Grafana.
A contact-centre floor runs on visible metrics. Signage makes them shared.
A modern contact centre is a KPI-visible operation — average handle time, abandon rate, service level, queue depth, adherence, shrinkage. Team leaders already watch these in Power BI, Tableau or Grafana. Hangar.Media puts the same dashboards on floor-facing screens so every agent sees the shared reality — the queue building, the SLA drift, the team-league movement. Shift handover gets a structured board. Training and CPD schedules are visible.
Built for how call centres & contact centres actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
The queue, visible before the escalation.
Floor screens embed your existing BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Domo) with authenticated iframe support. When service level drops below 80%, the screen flags red. When the queue depth climbs past threshold, the floor knows before the team-leader tap. No more 'we didn't see the queue build until Ops emailed'.
Agents see the queue building. Team leads don't have to run over to warn them.
- Authenticated BI-dashboard embedding for Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Domo
- Threshold-based red/amber/green colour coding for critical SLAs
- Per-team and per-campaign view rotation
- Full-screen dashboard or picture-in-picture with floor comms
Structured handover on every shift change.
Shift-handover boards surface the previous shift's highlights — volume trends, escalations, unresolved incidents, tomorrow's staffing. Oncoming team reads the board on arrival without a 15-minute stand-up. Handover quality improves because the information is structured and visible, not verbal and lossy.
Shift-change stand-ups drop from 15 minutes to 5 when the board carries the details.
- Structured handover template (volume, escalations, staffing, incidents)
- Previous-shift auto-summary from BI metrics
- Outstanding-ticket list pulled from Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow
- Per-team handover variants for operations / fraud / retentions
Gamification that respects the floor.
Team-league displays surface configurable metrics — conversion rate on outbound, first-call resolution on inbound, NPS on retention — so top performers and whole-team progress are visible without public shaming. Configurable to run team-vs-team, campaign-vs-campaign or individual-vs-target, with sensitive-metric masking for HR compliance.
League boards motivate. The good ones motivate everyone, not just the top.
- Configurable league metrics per campaign
- Team-vs-team, campaign-vs-campaign and personal-vs-target views
- Masking rules for HR-sensitive metrics (individual names optional)
- Monthly / quarterly archive views for retros
Training next Tuesday. Everyone knows.
Floor-edge and break-area screens show upcoming training sessions, CPD deadlines and regulatory-compliance reminders (PCI-DSS, FCA Conduct Rules, GDPR). Adherence to training schedules improves when the floor can see what's coming; missed mandatory-CPD deadlines drop noticeably.
Nobody says 'I didn't know training was tomorrow' when the floor wall tells them.
- Training-schedule boards pulled from your LMS (Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle)
- Regulatory-compliance CPD reminders with deadline countdowns
- Per-team training variants for regulated lines of business
- Post-training survey QR-overlays for quick feedback
HQ, Manila, Cape Town — one view.
Global contact centres run from one dashboard with per-site localisation — Manila sees Manila-local KPIs alongside group-wide SLAs, Cape Town runs its own team-league, HQ sees the global rollup. Language, currency and timezone settings per site. Central comms push group-wide announcements; local managers retain autonomy over local content.
A global contact-centre operation with local-floor culture. Not homogenised.
- Per-site localisation (language, currency, timezone)
- Group-wide KPI rollup + per-site drill-down
- Central-push announcements with per-site override
- Role-based permissions (global, regional, site-lead, team-lead)

Which BI tools do you integrate with for dashboard embedding?
Power BI (embedded capacity + public-link options), Tableau (Tableau Online + Tableau Server), Grafana (open-source + Grafana Cloud), Domo, Looker (+ Looker Studio), Klipfolio, Geckoboard, Databox, Cyfe and 10+ others. Authenticated embedding is supported where the BI vendor allows it — we pass through SSO tokens from Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace or custom IdP. Integration is included in the flat per-screen price.
How do you handle agent-privacy on team-league displays?
Configurable masking rules per metric. Public floor screens can show team-vs-team and campaign-vs-campaign views only (no individual names). Team-leader pods can show individual metrics for their team. Masking defaults are conservative — first-name-only with opt-in for full-name display, configurable per-client per-regulatory-environment (FCA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA deployments).
Can we embed dashboards that require authentication?
Yes. For BI tools that support it (Power BI Embedded, Tableau Server with trusted authentication, Grafana with service-account tokens, Looker with embed SDK), we pass through the authentication token so the screen displays dashboards with the appropriate permissions. Public-link dashboards also work for non-sensitive data. Sensitive dashboards never expose behind unauthenticated screens.
How does pricing work for a 500-seat contact centre?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A typical 500-seat contact centre runs 25-40 floor-facing screens (per-pod dashboards, break rooms, handover areas, training zones). One rate across every feature we ship. Cancel any month. No activation fee, no minimum term.
