For exercise-video playback we integrate with Physitrack and Rehab My Patient libraries plus clinic-produced custom libraries. All integrations are included in the flat per-screen price.

How do exercise videos work for individual patients?

When a therapist assigns exercises to a patient in Physitrack or Rehab My Patient, the patient's waiting-area experience on their next visit plays the assigned warm-up videos. Patient-identification uses alias-plus-appointment-time matching (no PII exposure to public screens) with BLE-beacon integration for patients who've opted into the clinic's visitor app for continuation onto their own phone after the session.

Can we produce clinic-specific exercise content?

Yes. The platform ships with standard Physitrack and Rehab My Patient libraries. For clinics that want branded content (your lead physio narrating, your clinic's protocols, your video quality), our content team produces custom video libraries at a one-off fee separate from the platform subscription. Most clinics start with the standard libraries and add custom content over time.

How does pricing work for a single-site physio clinic?
