How do you handle member-milestone recognition with consent?
Milestone-recognition is strictly consent-managed. Members opt in to milestone visibility at membership sign-up or via their app settings. Opt-outs are one-tap and honoured immediately. Alias-only defaults (first-name + milestone-type) protect privacy. Transformation stories require explicit full-name-and-photo consent with the ability to withdraw at any time. Full audit log supports data-protection review.
Can gym chains customise per-location content?
Yes.
