Do you integrate with dental practice-management systems?

Yes. We integrate with Dentally, Carestream Dental, Software of Excellence (SOE) Exact, Henry Schein Dentrix, Open Dental and generic FHIR-compatible PMS via REST API. We pull appointment-flow data (now-seeing, next-up, clinician-room assignment) with alias-only patient display by default. For practices running a custom PMS, our integration team will scope a connector at no surcharge.

How do you handle patient-data privacy?

Appointment-flow screens display alias-only by default (first-name-only or initials). No full patient names, no dates of birth, no treatment details transit to the screen unless you explicitly configure it and the patient has consented via your practice consent workflow. Our architecture is PII-free by default, with GDPR / CCPA / HIPAA deployment options available for larger groups.

Can you produce practice-branded treatment-plan content?

Yes. The standard platform ships with a library of treatment-plan education loops (implants, orthodontics, whitening, endo, hygiene, periodontal). For practices that want their own clinician voice-over, branded graphics, or custom content, our content team produces bespoke videos at a one-off fee separate from the platform subscription. Most practices start with the standard library and add bespoke content over time.
