Our pricing audit log captures every label change for trading-standards compliance. ESL hardware is financed separately from our software subscription.

Can we run price-match workflow from in-store tablets?
Yes. Our price-match tablet workflow is a web app that runs on any iPad or Android tablet. Staff scan the customer's competitor quote (via barcode or photo OCR), the system checks eligibility against your price-match policy rules, the appropriate manager is notified for approval, and on approval a one-off price override is pushed to the ESL and till with a time-bound expiry. Full audit log is retained for margin and policy review.
