Imagine it in the room.
Lifestyle room-settings, FCA-compliant finance signage, configurator kiosks and live delivery dates in every showroom.
A sofa is an imagination sale. A finance option is a confidence sale. Screens win both.
Furniture retail is a considered-purchase category — customers visit the showroom three times before buying, Google the price mid-visit, and ask two things consistently: 'how does it look in my room?' and 'can I finance it?'. Hangar.Media's showroom displays answer both. Large-format room-setting walls (bedroom, living room, dining) show the product in context with complementary homewares. Finance-option signage (0% over 3 years, spread-the-cost terms) sits on-product without needing a salesperson to quote it. Delivery-date availability syncs from your ERP so the customer knows when their sofa arrives before they sign.
Built for how furniture & homeware actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
The sofa in context. Big enough to imagine.
Large-format (65"+ or video-wall) lifestyle walls show the product in a styled room setting — the living room, the bedroom, the kitchen — with complementary homewares, colour palettes and accessory cross-sell. Walls update with the season (winter throws and warm-tone cushions in November, light linen and greenery in May) and with your buying-team's room-of-the-month feature.
The sofa sells when the customer can imagine it in their home. The lifestyle wall does that for them.
- Large-format (65"+) or video-wall lifestyle displays
- Seasonal room-setting rotation with hero-product attribution
- Complementary-homeware cross-sell with POS-price integration
- Photography and video content support with brand-approval workflow
The finance terms are on the product. No ambush at the till.
Finance-option signage on every display product shows the current 0%, spread-the-cost or credit-club terms the customer qualifies for — not hidden in a shelf-talker or left to the closing pitch. When head office promotes 0% over 3 years for bedroom-category items, every relevant product display across the estate surfaces the offer. The customer walks in knowing, which shortens the sales cycle.
Finance on the product isn't an upsell surprise. It's the reason the customer keeps walking.
- Per-product finance-term calculation from POS price
- Category-level finance campaigns (bedrooms 0%, sofas spread-the-cost)
- Credit-partner integration (Barclays Partner Finance, Klarna, V12, Novuna)
- FCA-compliant representative-APR disclosure formatting
When will my sofa arrive? The screen has the answer.
Delivery-date availability on-product screens shows the customer exactly when their sofa / bed / kitchen will arrive, pulled live from your ERP or stock-management system. No more 'let me check' trips to the back office. No more post-sale 'I thought it was coming this week' customer-service calls. The delivery reality is visible before the customer signs.
The delivery date isn't a guess. It's on the product, live from the warehouse.
- ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for live stock and delivery
- Per-product, per-postcode delivery-date calculation
- Made-to-order furniture with manufacturing-lead-time visibility
- Customer-service-adjacent dashboards for order-status enquiries
Design the kitchen on the screen. Walk out with a quote.
For modular categories (kitchens, wardrobes, modular sofas, sheds), configurator screens at the category area let customers design their piece — select modules, choose finish, swap fabric, visualise the result — with live pricing. Integrates with your configurator platform (whether in-house or off-the-shelf like SyncShow or 2020) so the output is identical to what the salesperson quotes.
The customer configures. The system quotes. Nobody waits for a CAD-room turnaround.
- Configurator-platform integration (2020, SyncShow, custom)
- Live pricing with finance-term calculation inline
- Save-and-email configuration for customer follow-up
- Sales-team handover with configuration-ID lookup at the sales desk
Seasonal refresh across 40 showrooms. One afternoon.
Seasonal campaigns (summer collection, Boxing Day sale, new-home range) roll out from HQ across every showroom simultaneously. Brand templates push from one dashboard with per-showroom dry-run preview. Local managers retain control over their showroom-specific events (interior-design workshops, trade-customer evenings).
The seasonal refresh used to take a fortnight of van-drivers and carpenters. Now it's an afternoon.
- Estate-wide rollout with per-showroom dry-run preview
- Per-showroom local-event overrides (design workshops, trade evenings)
- Role-based permissions for HQ, regional, and showroom managers
- Per-showroom usage, uptime and content analytics

Which ERPs and order-management systems do you integrate with?
SAP for Retail, Oracle Retail, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Magento Commerce, Shopify Plus, custom ERPs via REST API. Delivery-date and stock integration is usually bespoke per retailer — our integration team scopes it on onboarding. Integration is included in the flat software cost, no per-connector premium.
How do finance-option displays handle FCA representative-APR disclosure?
Every on-product finance display meets FCA Consumer Credit Source-Book representative-example rules — APR, total charge for credit, total amount payable and representative-example calculation display inline with the promoted term. Our formatting is reviewed by FCA compliance specialists and the representative-example template can be customised per credit partner (Barclays Partner Finance, Klarna, V12, Novuna, internal credit schemes).
Can configurator kiosks output a quote the sales team can pick up?
Yes. The configurator kiosk generates a configuration ID (displayed to the customer as a short code or QR) that the sales team can look up at the sales desk — retrieving the full specification, pricing, finance options and module list. Configurations can also be emailed to the customer for in-home reference. This converts a 'I was playing with the configurator' browse into a hot lead the sales team can follow up.
How does pricing work for a 25-showroom furniture chain?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A 25-showroom operator running 20 screens per showroom (lifestyle walls, configurator kiosks, on-product, customer service, storefront) pays £2,500 per month. What you see is what you pay. Every integration, every feature, monthly billing, cancel any time.
