The clubhouse knows the fixture.
Fixture boards, member comms, clubhouse bar menus and trophy-wall rotation for sports clubs from Sunday league to professional.
A sports club is three businesses. The clubhouse has to signal all three.
A football, rugby, cricket or multi-sport club runs on three overlapping operations — match-day (fixture, team-sheet, results, sponsor signage), members-club (bar, social events, AGM, junior-section), and hospitality (corporate boxes, pre-match dinners, post-match functions). Hangar.Media puts live fixtures on reception screens, team-sheet content in the dressing-room approach, POS-synced clubhouse bar menus, and trophy-wall rotations that reinforce club identity. Integrates with sport-feed providers (ESPN, Opta, StatPerform) for live fixture data.
Built for how sports clubs actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
Saturday 3pm. First team home. Under-15s away at Wembley.
Reception and clubhouse screens show this week's fixtures across every team the club runs — first team, reserves, under-21s, under-18s, ladies', veterans, junior-section. Live results rotation during match-day shows the club's simultaneous fixtures at other grounds. Members and supporters know who's playing where without checking five different pages.
Every team's fixture, every result, visible from the bar.
- ESPN, Opta, StatPerform sport-feed integration
- All-team fixture rollup (first, reserves, age-group, women's, veterans)
- Live-results rotation during simultaneous match-day fixtures
- Away-fixture travel-info and supporter-coach departure-times
Home match. Ground transforms. Every screen.
Match-day triggers a clubhouse-wide content mode — team-sheet displays, pre-match sponsor rotation, opposition-team preview content, matchday-ticket-price prompts for walk-ups, hospitality-suite branded signage. Post-match, results rotation takes over with man-of-the-match recognition and next-fixture promotion. Between match-days, screens revert to members'-club standard content.
Match-day feels like an occasion. The clubhouse signals it from the gate.
- Match-day-triggered content mode across every screen
- Team-sheet and opposition-preview displays
- Hospitality-suite per-booking client branding
- Man-of-the-match and post-match results rotation
Pre-match pint. Post-match pie. Live price on the board.
Clubhouse bar menus integrate with POS (Toast, Square, Zonal) for live pricing with match-day menu variants (£3 pies between noon and kickoff, post-match food-specials, beer-of-the-week rotation). Sold-out items disappear from the board within seconds. Members' pricing auto-applies for card-scanned regulars.
The bar menu reflects what's actually in stock. Match-day pricing is match-day.
- Toast, Square, Zonal Aztec POS integration
- Match-day menu variants with kickoff-window pricing
- Sold-out auto-hide for bar and food-service items
- Members'-pricing auto-application via card scan
The club's history. Rotating. Always visible.
Trophy-wall screens rotate through club history — honours boards, former-captain tributes, cup-final-of-the-year highlights, junior-section-success stories, long-service-member recognition. Particularly for multi-generational clubs (160-year-old cricket clubs, mid-Victorian football clubs), this makes heritage part of the daily clubhouse experience rather than dusty framed photos.
Club heritage becomes the wallpaper, not the dusty cabinet.
- Honours-board and cup-winners rotation
- Former-captain and long-service recognition
- Junior-section success stories (academy graduates, youth cup wins)
- Historical-match archive footage with archive-date overlays
AGM. Junior-section open-day. Members know.
Member-comms boards carry AGM announcements, voting-item reminders, junior-section events (open-days, trials, coaching clinics), social-event promotion (race-night, summer-ball, captain's-dinner) and partnership-deal member-benefit reminders. Moves club communication out of email and onto a surface every visiting member sees.
AGM turnout climbs when the bar wall carries the reminder for six weeks.
- AGM and voting-reminder signage
- Junior-section event promotion with sign-up QR
- Social-event calendar (race night, ball, dinners)
- Partnership-deal and member-benefit reminders

Which sport-feed providers do you integrate with?
ESPN, Opta Sports, StatPerform, Sportradar and league-specific feeds (FA Full-Time, ECB Play-Cricket, RFU, regional amateur-league platforms) for amateur clubs. Live-fixture data updates within minutes of official sources. For clubs running custom fixture systems (often true for amateur and regional leagues), we integrate via REST API or iCal feed at no per-connector fee.
How does match-day content mode work?
Match-day mode triggers based on fixture-data from your sport-feed or manual scheduling. Two hours before kickoff, clubhouse screens shift to match-day content: team-sheet displays, opposition preview, hospitality-suite client branding, pre-match-menu variants. During the match, live-result rotation takes over. Post-match, results and man-of-the-match content runs for 2-4 hours before reverting to standard content.
Can we handle hospitality-suite corporate branding?
Yes. Hospitality-suite door screens and interior screens pull booking data from your corporate-hospitality CRM and surface per-booking client branding during the match-day window. Client logos, matchday-menu variants and suite-specific concierge content appear for the booked window. Between bookings, screens revert to standard club branding.
Pricing for a sports club?
£5 per screen per month. A non-league football club with 4 clubhouse screens pays £20 per month. A Championship-level club with 15 screens across clubhouse, hospitality suites and car-park pays £75 per month. A Premier League stadium pays separately under the stadiums sector plan. All-in. No amateur-club vs professional-club premium.
