From first tee to 19th hole.
Tee-time boards, competition leaderboards, course-conditions updates and 19th-hole bar content across every golf club screen.
A golf club is a tee-time business and a social business. Signage handles both.
A private golf club, resort course or pay-and-play venue juggles tee-time throughput (first tee starter, spacing, ranger-coordination), competition operations (medal play, stableford, matchplay, away-days), and clubhouse social life (member events, captain's day, halfway-house). Hangar.Media integrates with tee-time systems (BRS Golf, ChronoGolf, ForeTees, Club Caddie), course-conditions data, and 19th-hole POS. Tracks member competitions with live leaderboards and clubhouse-wide visibility.
Built for how golf clubs actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
First tee: Patel party next. 8:15 starting.
Starter-hut and pro-shop screens surface live tee-time data — who's due on the tee next, when, with ranger-warnings if the group ahead is running slow. Members running a late for their tee-time see their fourball still at the first tee on entry. Rangers coordinate pace-of-play from visible data rather than walkie-talkie updates.
Late members know their fourball is still teeing off. Rangers coordinate pace of play from the board.
- BRS Golf, ChronoGolf, ForeTees, Club Caddie integration
- Alias-only party display (first-name + group-size)
- Ranger pace-of-play coordination overlay (staff-mode)
- Buggie, cart-buggy and walking-group routing
Medal day. 92 members. Live stableford points.
Competition-day leaderboards in pro-shop, clubhouse and 19th-hole screens show live stableford / medal / matchplay scoring as cards come in. Handicap-adjusted scoring supports fair leaderboard ranking across skill variance. Club competitions (captain's day, president's cup, away-day trophy) feel significant when the whole clubhouse tracks them.
Medal day feels like a competition. Members follow the leaderboard from the 16th onwards.
- Live scoring from scoring-tablets at starter hut and 19th
- Handicap-adjusted stableford and medal leaderboards
- Matchplay bracket display for knockout competitions
- Team-event (four-ball, foursomes) paired-scoring support
Greens 10. Wind: 15mph westerly. Hole 7 closed for drainage.
Starter-hut and pro-shop screens surface live course-conditions — greens-speed (stimp-meter reading), wind-speed and direction, recent frost-delay and thaw-time, hole-closures for maintenance, bunker-rake rules. Members playing arrive prepared; visitor-green-fee players understand what they're paying for.
Visitor green-fee players know what they're getting before the first tee.
- Greens-speed stimp-meter reading updates
- Wind-speed and direction with hour-ahead forecast
- Frost-delay and thaw-time communication
- Hole-closure and temporary-tee/greens notification
Pint. Pie. Prize-giving. Competition-day specials.
19th-hole bar and dining-area screens show POS-synced menus with competition-day variants — winner's-table prize-giving signage, medal-day menu (soup-and-sandwich, post-round meal), special-captain's-day menus. Between-competition days revert to standard member-menu.
Prize-giving feels like a prize-giving. Not a quiet post-round pint.
- POS-synced 19th-hole menus (Toast, Square, Zonal)
- Competition-day menu variants
- Prize-giving winner-recognition signage
- Special-day (captain's, president's, away-day) menu themes
Membership promotion. Visitor welcome. Academy lesson bookings.
Pro-shop and reception screens surface membership-tier promotion, today's visitor-green-fee availability, academy-lesson booking (PGA pro, junior-academy, women's-golf-clinic) and member-loyalty programme tiers. Prospect conversion from visitor-green-fee to full membership climbs when membership benefits are visible during the round-day experience.
Visitor green-fee players see member-benefits during their day. Conversion follows.
- Membership-tier and benefit promotion
- Visitor-green-fee availability and pay-and-play pricing
- PGA-pro lesson booking with today-available slots
- Junior-academy and women's-golf-clinic programme visibility

Which tee-time systems do you integrate with?
BRS Golf (dominant in UK private clubs), ChronoGolf, ForeTees, Club Caddie, PIM, Teesnap, Lightspeed Golf and custom REST-API-compatible systems. We pull tee-time party data (alias-only by default), pace-of-play status and starter-coordination data. Integration is included in the flat per-screen price.
How does competition leaderboard scoring work?
Scoring data comes from scoring-tablets at the starter-hut and 19th-hole where cards are entered, from mobile-scoring apps that players use during the round, or from live-scoring systems for pro events. Handicap-adjusted calculation handles stableford, medal and matchplay formats. Leaderboards update within seconds of card-entry. Multi-round aggregation supports away-days and season-long events.
Can we show course conditions and frost delays clearly?
Yes. Course-conditions content is a dedicated content-type — stimp-meter reading, wind-speed from local weather-station, recent-frost-delay and thaw-time, hole-closures for maintenance. Frost-delay messaging appears across every visible screen (pro-shop, starter-hut, clubhouse) within seconds of the greens-keeper logging the delay. Multi-course facilities can handle per-course conditions.
Pricing for a golf club?
£5 per screen per month. A private 18-hole club with 8 screens (pro-shop + starter + clubhouse + 19th + lounge + halfway-house) pays £40 per month. A 27-hole resort with 15 screens pays £75 per month. A 36-hole high-end club with 20 screens pays £100 per month. All-in. No country-club or sector premium.
