Every lane, every session, live.
Lane availability, swim-session timetables, learn-to-swim schedules, safety messaging and meet-results boards for aquatic centres.
Swimming centres juggle public swim, learn-to-swim, clubs, schools and elite athletes — sometimes in the same pool.
A leisure centre or aquatic facility runs multiple simultaneous uses of the same water — public-swim with lane-divider reconfigurations, learn-to-swim classes on the shallow end, swim-club training in lanes 5-8, water-polo sessions, senior-aquacise and baby-swim. Hangar.Media surfaces the session-schedule at reception, the lane-allocation at the poolside, the learn-to-swim-enrolment flow at the swim-school counter, and water-safety signage (lifeguard-on-duty, CPR-pointer, depth-markers) across changing-rooms and pool decks.
Built for how swimming pools actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
Lanes 1-4 lane-swim. Lanes 5-8 club training. Lane 9 lessons.
Poolside screens surface the current lane-configuration — which lanes are public-swim vs club-training vs learn-to-swim vs reserved. Swimmers arriving for lane-swim don't accidentally wander into a training session. Club coaches see their reserved lanes confirmed. The lane-allocation refreshes every 30 minutes across the schedule-change windows.
Swimmers know which lanes are theirs. Coaches never find their session's lanes reassigned.
- Leisure-management-system lane-configuration data
- Per-lane use (public, fast/medium/slow lane-swim, club, lessons, water-polo)
- Schedule-change countdown visibility
- Pool-reconfiguration (bulkhead, moveable-floor) visualisation
Adult lane-swim 6-8am. Family 10am. Lessons 4pm.
Reception and entrance screens show today's and tomorrow's session schedule — adult-only lane-swim times, public-swim hours, family-inflatables sessions, baby-swim mornings, aquacise, swim-club training, water-polo sessions. Visitors planning swim-sessions see what's available when; busy-period alerts let families know the family-session will be packed.
Families plan their Saturday. The centre tells them what's busy before they arrive.
- Today's and tomorrow's session schedule visibility
- Session-type colour-coding (adult, family, baby, elderly, competitive)
- Busy-period alerts for high-demand family-slot planning
- Schedule-change and closure notification
Level 4 lesson enrolment open. 12 places left.
Swim-school counter screens surface learn-to-swim level-progression content — current-student level, readiness-for-next-level notes, enrolment-open windows for next-term, level-up-celebration recognition. Parents waiting for children see the progression journey. Swim-school-of-choice retention climbs when progression is visible and celebrated.
Parents see their child's progression. Retention climbs.
- STA, ASA, AUSTSWIM level-progression framework support
- Alias-only student-progression display (first-name + level)
- Next-term enrolment-open windows with capacity visibility
- Level-up-celebration recognition content
Lifeguard positions. Depth markers. No running.
Poolside and changing-room screens carry water-safety signage — lifeguard-on-duty positions, depth-markers and diving-area rules, no-running reminders, buoyancy-aid availability, CPR-station location, emergency-evacuation signage. Safety messaging lands where swimmers see it, not buried in the membership pack.
Safety messaging reaches the swimmer. Not filed in the membership pack.
- Lifeguard-position board with active-on-duty indicators
- Depth-markers and pool-rules signage per pool area
- Buoyancy-aid location and CPR-station wayfinding
- Emergency-evacuation routing and bridge-level override
Regional gala. Live timing. Club results board.
Competitive-aquatic centres running galas and meets display live event-timing, heat-by-heat rankings, personal-best celebrations and club-team results. Swimmers waiting for their heat see the schedule; parents and supporters follow the meet without needing the printed programme. Integrates with Omega, Colorado Time Systems and club-timing systems.
Galas feel like galas. Supporters follow without the printed programme.
- Omega, Colorado Time Systems timing integration
- Live heat-by-heat ranking with personal-best highlights
- Club-team results aggregation
- Spectator-programme display with event-countdown

Which leisure-management systems do you integrate with?
Legend Club Management, Xn Protel Leisure, TechnoGym Mywellness, Perfect Gym, Gladstone Health & Leisure and custom REST-API-compatible systems. For competitive-timing we integrate with Omega timing, Colorado Time Systems and Active-Swim-Manager. For learn-to-swim level-progression we integrate with STA Go!, ASA Learn to Swim and AUSTSWIM frameworks.
How do lane-allocation displays handle pool reconfigurations?
Pool reconfigurations (bulkhead-move, moveable-floor-adjust, lane-rope swap) happen 30-60 minutes before session-change. The lane-allocation display shows upcoming-reconfiguration countdowns so club-coaches and public-swimmers know when lanes shift. Safety-critical reconfigurations (bulkhead-move requiring pool-clear) trigger enforced-clear signage with lifeguard-coordinated evacuation messaging.
How do you handle child-safeguarding in poolside signage?
Safeguarding-first defaults throughout. Learn-to-swim displays use alias-only (first-name + level only) — never full-name or age-group detail on public screens. Changing-room signage follows child-safeguarding protocols (adult-access restrictions, supervised-area reminders, CCTV-notice-where-applicable). Opt-in consent for level-progression photography is strictly managed with parent/guardian sign-off.
Pricing for a leisure centre?
£5 per screen per month. A local-authority leisure centre with 10 pool / reception / changing-room screens pays £50 per month. A private-operator swim-school with 5 screens pays £25 per month. A competitive-aquatic centre with 25 screens including spectator and meet-timing pays £125 per month. All-in. No leisure-sector premium.
