Live jackpots. Fast wayfinding.
Jackpot tickers, F&B wayfinding, tiered-loyalty messaging and regulator-ready compliance on every floor screen.
A casino is a retail, F&B, events and compliance business on the same floor. It deserves a screen network that understands all four.
A casino is simultaneously a gaming floor, a multi-outlet F&B venue, an entertainment ticket-seller and a licensed site with regulator obligations. Most signage platforms handle one of those well. Hangar.Media connects to your floor-management system (IGT SBX, Konami Synkros, Scientific Games Bally CMP, Aruze GAMMA-G), your F&B POS (Oracle MICROS, Infor, Agilysys), and your loyalty / player tracking data so every screen on the floor — jackpot ticker, wayfinding kiosk, restaurant hero, responsible-gaming reminder — is fed from the real systems your operators are already running. Responsible-gaming messaging is scheduled and logged for UKGC, NGC and state-regulator audit trails.
Built for how casinos & gaming actually run.
The capabilities that matter in this sector — concrete, specific, and backed by the integrations your team already uses.
Live jackpots. No delay. Every screen, at once.
Connect to your floor-management system and the current must-hit-by jackpot, progressive levels, and recent winners sync to every screen on the floor with sub-second latency. When someone hits, the celebration overlay fires automatically on the ticker. No manual updates, no 'the sign still shows yesterday's winner' moment in front of a regulator.
The ticker and the slot machine can't disagree. The same data feeds both.
- Live must-hit-by, progressive and mystery-jackpot data
- Recent-winner overlay with dollar/pound amount and anonymised player alias
- Sub-second latency — ticker never trails the floor system
- Multi-currency and multi-language support for international resorts
Find the steakhouse. Find the cage. Find your tournament table.
Multi-storey, multi-outlet casinos are navigation problems. Hangar.Media's wayfinding screens show live queue times for each restaurant, current occupancy of each gaming pit, and turn-by-turn directions to any outlet. Players spend more floor time because they spend less time lost. Guest-services queries drop 30%+ when wayfinding is on every high-traffic screen.
Guests find the steakhouse on the screen. Floor hosts answer the questions that actually matter.
- Live queue and wait-time feeds from F&B POS and reservation systems
- Interactive touch-wayfinding on totems and pillar-mounted kiosks
- Accessibility-routing options (step-free, elevator-only, service-desk contact)
- Multi-language support (EN/ES/FR/DE/ZH/JA for major gaming destinations)
Platinum walks up. The screen says so.
When a tiered-loyalty player scans their card at a pit, sports book, or F&B counter, adjacent screens can pick up their tier and surface relevant prompts: 'Diamond — your complimentary steakhouse is tonight', 'Platinum — your suite is ready', 'Gold — you're 400 points from Platinum'. Tier recognition is a core casino guest-experience lever, and most operators don't use it on screens yet.
Your hosts already know who walked through the door. The screens should too.
- Player-scan-triggered tier recognition on pit and F&B screens
- Next-tier-in progress prompts ('400 points from Platinum')
- Complimentary entitlement reminders (steakhouse, suite, show ticket)
- Privacy-first — aliases only, opt-out on player profile
Steakhouse covers, buffet waits, late-night bar — all on the way to the slots.
Every screen on the walk from the floor to the elevators can promote restaurant cover availability, live buffet queue times, happy-hour countdowns at the sports bar, and late-night kitchen hours. F&B POS integration means the wait times on screen match the real wait times in the restaurant — not a guess based on reservation counts.
F&B attach-rate rises when the floor knows what's available in real time.
- Live restaurant-cover availability and reservation-slot openings
- Buffet queue-time sync with POS and door counters
- Happy-hour and late-menu countdowns across bar screens
- One-click event-menu swap for tournament nights and live entertainment
Every responsible-gaming reminder, scheduled and logged.
UKGC, NGC and state regulators require documented display of responsible-gaming messaging. Hangar.Media lets you schedule and log every required screen minute: BeGambleAware, self-exclusion scheme contacts, gambling-helpline numbers, age-restriction notices. An export-ready audit log captures every message shown, on every screen, for the regulatory period you're asked about.
When the regulator asks what you showed on 12 July, the export takes 10 seconds.
- Scheduled display of BeGambleAware, GamCare and state helpline contacts
- Per-screen minute-by-minute display log with export to CSV
- Age-verification-reminder scheduling with jurisdictional rule sets
- Self-exclusion notice rotation with compliance-team approval workflow
Every screen in the building.
From customer-facing walls to operational dashboards — the scenarios that make the platform worth running day-to-day.
Jackpot tickers and wayfinding totems
Large-format LED jackpot tickers above high-traffic zones, plus touchscreen wayfinding totems at every pit and elevator bank. Live data from floor-management and F&B systems.
Cover-availability and queue-time screens
Approach screens showing live cover availability, buffet queue times, and tonight's special. Happy-hour countdowns at all bar-adjacent screens.
Queue displays and tier-upgrade prompts
Cage-line queue displays reduce anxiety. Guest-services-adjacent screens promote tier-upgrade opportunities and self-service options like player-card reprint kiosks.
Live leaderboards and schedule boards
Live poker-tournament leaderboards with chip counts, blind-level countdowns, and schedule boards for upcoming tournaments. Branded for each event.
Guest-messaging and event promotion
Vertical corridor screens promote tonight's show, tomorrow's concert, and tiered-guest benefits. Multilingual support for international-traveller volume.
Regulatory messaging with audit trail
Scheduled BeGambleAware, helpline, age-verification and self-exclusion notices with complete audit log for UKGC, NGC or state-regulator inspection.

Which floor-management systems do you integrate with?
Hangar.Media integrates with IGT SBX / Advantage, Konami Synkros, Scientific Games Bally CMP, Aruze GAMMA-G, and Global Payments Gaming Solutions (Oasis / Gaming Assistant). We pull jackpot progressives, mystery jackpots, recent winners and (with your approval) player-tier data from each. If you're running a custom or legacy system, our integration team will quote a bespoke connector at no per-connector fee above the standard platform cost.
How do you handle responsible-gaming regulator audits?
Every screen on the network keeps a minute-by-minute display log of every piece of content shown. When a UKGC, NGC, or state regulator asks what you displayed on a specific day, you export a CSV or PDF of the period in question — which pieces of compliance messaging (BeGambleAware, GamCare, helpline, age-verification) ran and on which screens. Your compliance team can also pre-approve messaging schedules per jurisdiction so the UK floor runs UKGC messaging and the Las Vegas floor runs NGC messaging automatically.
Can we integrate with our player-tracking loyalty data?
Yes, and we treat it with care. Tier recognition on screens uses alias-only display by default (no full player name unless the player has opted in for celebrations like 'Happy birthday, Sarah!'). Tier-complimentary prompts can fire on pit-adjacent screens without the wider floor seeing any personally identifiable data. Privacy controls are configurable per venue and per tier.
What's the monthly spend for a casino floor?
£5 per screen per month, flat. A typical casino floor with 40 screens (jackpot tickers, wayfinding totems, F&B approach screens, responsible-gaming notice boards) pays £200 per month. Every feature in scope, every integration bundled. No enterprise gate, no volume dance.
